Dennis was our DJ for our wedding back in September 2019 and he was so much more than we could've ever expected. He went above and beyond when it came to the mood we wanted and when we we're completely clueless about certain aspects his years of experience kicked in and he was able to give great recommendations. Dennis has an incredible ability to read the room and time things perfectly. Notably at our wedding, when my husband gave a speech after dinner to kick off the party, Dennis timed the music perfectly to get the crowd going. It seems minor but it wasn't discussed with Dennis at all and he just nailed it. He also took my favorite song and was able to edit it for my bridesmaids and myself to walk down the aisle, making it a completely unique moment. We HIGHLY recommend hiring Dennis for any event you have.

Dennis was the secret sauce that made our night really special. From my very first interaction with him on Thumbtack to the day of the wedding, he was unfailingly professional, prompt, and responsible. We knew immediately that we trusted him to keep our reception from going off the rails. He was upfront and let me know that he is not a "radio personality" type of DJ, which was perfect for us, because I've been to weddings where the DJ was just obnoxious and unfunny. Like a pro, Dennis knew exactly when to speak up and when to let the music speak for itself. I had a specific list of songs I wanted him to play, and he did a great job with the execution, sprinkling in a few extra songs that went over very well. He gave us excellent advice on how to construct a schedule for the day based on his extensive experience, and gently talked us out of songs he thought wouldn't go over as well without ever being pushy. He arrived early on the wedding day to set everything up, and there was never any problem with his equipment. His uplighting and light show was a special touch that also enhanced the experience. He handled the introductions flawlessly, even as my bridal party decided to change things up on him (sorry Dennis!). We had lots of guests telling us since the wedding that he party reception that I've always wanted. I would absolutely recommend him for a wedding or any other event where you need a DJ. Dennis was amazing, he came to our rescue when we lost our original DJ. He was very thorough and detailed, he even showed us a version of our first dance song that I didn't know existed and loved better. My husband was worried at first that he wouldn't have a good selection of bollywood music for his side to enjoy. (They are from India) but we were pleasantly suprised at how much he already had and he found anything he didn't have for us. On that day he was fun, and upbeat but not over the top or in your face. I have recieved tons of complements on Dennis's work on my big day. Thank you Dennis for helping make my perfect fairytale day come true!
